Product: RestoHub · Provided by LRB Technologies LLC

Effective date: June 8, 2026 · Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how LRB Technologies LLC ("LRB Technologies", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use RestoHub — including our website at www.restohub.app, our mobile applications, and our digital menu board (TV) applications (together, the "Services"). RestoHub is a product of LRB Technologies LLC.

1. Our role: controller and processor

RestoHub is a business-to-business platform that restaurants and restaurant chains ("Business Customers") use to manage their operations.

  • For account, billing, and Business Customer contact information, LRB Technologies LLC acts as a data controller.
  • For information that a Business Customer enters into the Services about its own customers and operations (for example, catering order details), LRB Technologies LLC acts as a data processor and processes that information on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the Business Customer. The Business Customer is responsible for that data and for providing any required notices to, and obtaining any required consents from, its own customers.

2. Information we collect

Account and store information

When you register a store or account, we collect your name, username, email address, password (stored in hashed form), role, business/brand name, store location, website, and store contact email and phone number.

Operational and order data

When you use the Services to run your business, we store the information you enter, which may include menu items and pricing, orders, customer names and phone numbers associated with orders, discounts, payment records, kitchen status, and audit logs of changes.

Uploaded content

We store images and videos you upload for menu boards and related features.

Device and push notification data

On our mobile apps, we collect a push notification token (via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) and basic device information such as device manufacturer and model and platform type, so we can deliver notifications and support the app.

Digital menu board (TV) data

Our TV application pairs to a store using a short pairing code and periodically sends a "heartbeat" so we can show whether a display is online.

Log and usage data

Like most online services, our servers automatically record information such as IP address, request times, and error logs for security, debugging, and reliability.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • To authenticate users and manage accounts, stores, and roles;
  • To process and display orders, menus, reports, and invoices;
  • To send push notifications and operational messages you request or that are part of the Services;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • To monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Services and prevent abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the Services, including Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications and our hosting provider (currently Hetzner) for servers and storage. These providers process information on our behalf.
  • Within your organization. Information is visible to other authorized users of your store or chain according to their assigned roles.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LRB Technologies LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If LRB Technologies LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Business Customers may request deletion of their data as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls based on user roles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected]. If your data was provided to us by a Business Customer (for example, as part of an order), please direct your request to that business; we will assist them as their processor.

You can control push notifications through your device settings at any time.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

We operate the Services from, and store data on servers located in, regions that may be outside your country. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services.
